What the hell am I doing?
Like most people pretending to be adults I have no idea what I'm doing. How am I a homeowner? Who in the hell decided to let me be responsible for a tiny human life? I have no idea what I'm doing. Which is why I turn to an old adage I learned, where else but on television: Learn By Doing. So that's what I'm, um, doing. Need to keep a house habitable? I'll figure that out. Want to start a vegetable garden from scratch? I'll figure that out. Got a baby to raise? I'll figure that out too, in a blind panic the whole way. I have a mostly working brain (mostly used to store Discworld, Red Dwarf, and Star Trek trivia, and also for knowing what an Oxford comma is), and access to the internet. I can figure anything out. .
